Born in rural Kenya, Stephen trained as a teacher before co-founding ByGrace in 1994. His passion for education is the engine behind our growing schools network. He oversees all operations, strategic planning, and global partnerships.

A registered nurse with a heart for the vulnerable, Rosemary has been the maternal force behind ByGrace since the very first room was rented. She manages the Children's Home, leads staff training, and oversees child welfare and discipleship.

Schools CoordinatorA former ByGrace student herself, Joy returned after university to lead our education programs — curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessments.
