Worship & Community
Our congregations are not programmes they are communities. Home children, staff, neighbours, and visitors gather as one family, bound not by background but by the grace that saved every one of us.

Rooted on campus and reaching into the neighbourhood, two expressions of the same grace-shaped community.
Congregation One · Est. 2005Meets in the chapel on the Children's Home grounds, a rich blend of home children, resident staff, neighbouring families, and visitors. Lively, bilingual, and deeply intergenerational.
Congregation Two · Est. 2020Located in a nearby neighbourhood, this newer plant focuses on reaching young families and university students. It meets in a rented hall and is growing rapidly.
What to Expect
Chai is on, children are running, and strangers quickly become friends. We begin with the gift of presence before the service formally opens.
Live band, drums, guitars, keyboards, and voices lifted in English and Swahili. Music that is passionate, participatory, and born from hearts that mean every word.
Practical, hope-filled, and gospel-centred. Our pastors preach the whole Bible, not just the comfortable parts, and apply it directly to daily Kenyan life.
Every week, trained prayer ministers are available for personal prayer. No request is too small. No burden is too heavy. Come and be met.
Every Sunday is a potluck. Tables are pushed together, food is shared, and the truth that we are one family is made visible, edible, and joyful.
Ministries & Outreach
Sunday is the gathering. The other six days are the mission. Our ministries reach into every corner of our community, from the youngest child to the oldest grandparent.
A safe, vibrant environment where children aged 3–12 learn Bible stories through games, crafts, songs, and drama, building faith foundations that last a lifetime.
Weekly small groups that tackle real-life issues, relationships, identity, calling, and faith, through honest Scripture engagement and trusted mentorship.
A monthly gathering for prayer, encouragement, and practical skill-sharing, sewing, cooking, and budgeting. Women grow together in faith and in life.
Saturday mornings over chai and chapati, building authentic accountability and brotherhood among men who want to lead their families and communities well.
Quarterly projects: cleaning local streets, visiting the elderly and sick, and distributing food packs to families in crisis. Faith that never leaves the building.
Mid-week small groups in homes across the neighbourhood, studying Scripture, praying together, and doing life as the early church did.
The Church & The Home
The connection between our churches and the Children's Home is not a strategy, it is an organic reality that has developed over thirty years of shared life. The two cannot be separated, because they were never meant to be.
Home children are active in the worship team, Sunday school, and youth group. Church members volunteer at the Home, teach skills, and mentor individual children. Home staff lead church ministries. Alumni return to preach, lead, and serve, the most visible model of the 'family of God' we know how to offer.

Many of our worship team members grew up in the Children's Home, their voices and instruments are a living testimony every Sunday morning.
Tutoring, mentoring, medical care, and building projects, the congregation is the Home's extended volunteer team.
Emmy came to faith in ByGrace's youth group. He now pastors his own congregation, the circle completed in grace.
How You Can Partner
Pray for spiritual growth, strong and healthy leadership, protection from division, and increased impact in the surrounding community. Your intercession from across the world is felt here.
A gift of $100 per month helps cover a pastor's salary and ministry expenses, freeing him to devote himself fully to preaching, discipleship, and community care.
Come lead a worship workshop, teach a children's programme, run a discipleship intensive, or help with a community service project. Teams of 4–20 welcome year-round.
Swahili and English Bibles, study guides, children's curriculum, and hymnals are always needed. A Bible given is a voice that speaks for a generation.
